    4. REFUND POLICY
      ·        Refunds for orders originating in the United Arab Emirates will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order in our fulfilment centre, subject to bank processing.
      ·        Refunds for orders outside the UAE will be processed within 25-30 days of receipt of the order in our fulfilment centre.
      ·        Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
      ·        All returns should be in original packaging.

      ·        Customized items are not eligible for refunds.
    5. CANCELLATION POLICY
      Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
